RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At OSNOR JEWELRY, we pride ourselves on our customer service department. We offer after-sales support to resolve any issues with our products or shipments. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange your item within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund , or within 30 days of the delivery date for any other exchange . Alternatively, we can provide you with a voucher with no expiration date, which can be used in our store or on our website.

To exchange or return the item, you can visit our physical store at Avenida Ángel Guimerá Nº11, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 38003.

To exchange an item from our online jewelry store, please email us at contacto.joyeriaosnor@gmail.com to arrange the return of your order. Our customer service department will guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will refund the amount of your order, or if you prefer, we can issue you a voucher with a code for the amount of your purchase to use on future orders. In the event of an exchange or return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Regarding the use of the product warranty, OSNOR JEWELRY reserves the right to decide based on usage. Returns are not accepted if the item does not arrive in perfect condition.

The package with the returned item must include the purchase invoice, the product and its accessories in perfect condition, original packaging, warranties and labels and instructions if applicable.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted for engraved and personalized items.

Items for exchange or return must be perfectly packaged. We will not accept returns if the damage is caused by improper packaging.

Buyer's rights and returns policy

The seller guarantees its customers the possibility of cancelling their order at any time and at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

If a product is delivered in error and is different from the one ordered by the customer, the seller will collect it and deliver the correct product at no additional charge to the buyer.
