What materials do you use?
We work with 925 sterling silver, surgical stainless steel and have exclusivity in Zamak and Bronze pieces.

Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, both 925 sterling silver and stainless steel are hypoallergenic. Zamak and bronze can cause reactions in very sensitive skin.

How do I care for my silver jewelry?
Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with perfumes and creams. Store in a dry place.

How do I care for my Zamak jewelry?

🔹 How to clean ZAMAK jewelry

Zamak is an alloy (zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper) widely used in jewelry.

  • Soft cloth : clean with a dry cotton cloth or one slightly dampened with warm water.

  • Neutral soap : If it's very dirty, wash with warm water and a few drops of neutral soap. Then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

  • Avoid abrasive products (strong metal cleaners, baking soda, toothpaste, etc.) because they damage the bathroom or its shine.

  • Maintenance : Store the pieces in cloth or plastic bags to avoid moisture and friction.

Can I shower with steel jewelry?
Yes, stainless steel is water resistant, but we recommend drying them thoroughly afterwards.

How do I know my ring size?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you well or use our size guide. Contact us via WhatsApp for personalized advice.

Are the bracelets adjustable?
Some bracelets have an adjustable closure. Please check the product description or contact us.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery to the Canary Islands takes 1 to 3 business days, and to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands takes 3 to 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Spain.

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 15 days for returns. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes, you can exchange the size within 14 days of purchase.
