Liability

The provider is exempt from any liability arising from information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or entered by a third party.

The provider's website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site. The cookies used on the website are, in any case, temporary in nature with the sole purpose of making their subsequent transmission more efficient and disappear when the user's session ends. From the client's website it is possible to redirect to third-party website content. Since the provider cannot always control the content entered by third parties on their websites, it assumes no liability with respect to such content. In any case, the provider states that it will proceed to immediately remove any content that could violate national or international legislation, morality or public order, proceeding to immediately remove the redirection to said website, bringing the content in question to the attention of the competent authorities.

The provider is not responsible for information and content stored, by way of example but not limitation, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider's website. However, and in compliance with the provisions of articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and security forces, actively collaborating in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of all content that could affect or violate national or international legislation, third-party rights or morality and public order. If the user considers that there is any content on the website that could be subject to this classification, please notify the website administrator immediately.

This website has been reviewed and tested to function correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility that there may be certain programming errors, or that force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances may occur that make access to the website impossible.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text and/or graphics are the property of the provider or, where applicable, has an express license or authorization from the authors. All website content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registries.

Regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialization require in all cases prior written authorization from the provider. Any use not previously authorized by the provider will be considered a serious breach of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.

Designs, logos, text and/or graphics not belonging to the provider that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any possible controversy that may arise regarding them. In any case, the provider has express and prior authorization from them.

The provider does NOT expressly authorize third parties to redirect directly to specific website content, and must in all cases redirect to the provider's main website.

The provider recognizes in favor of its holders the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights, their mere mention or appearance on the website not implying the existence of rights or any liability of the provider over them, nor endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the provider.

To make any type of observation regarding possible violations of intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as any website content, you can do so through the email address shown in the identifying data at the beginning of this document.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided by the User must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated through the forms for subscribing to the Services. It will be the User's responsibility to keep all information provided to the Company permanently updated so that it reflects their real situation at all times. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements made and for damages caused to the provider or third parties.

Minors

To use the services, minors must always obtain prior consent from parents, guardians or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all acts performed by minors in their care. The responsibility for determining specific content accessed by minors corresponds to them, which is why if they access inappropriate content on the Internet, mechanisms must be established on their computers, particularly computer programs, filters and blocks, that allow limiting available content and, although not infallible, are especially useful for controlling and restricting materials that minors can access.

To this effect, the User will refrain from using the page for illegal or prohibited purposes, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files and all kinds of content stored on any computer equipment of the provider.
