Shipping and Delivery Costs

The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days for shipments to the Canary Islands and 3 to 7 business days for shipments to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. This period includes warehouse processing.

These delivery times are an average estimate and are therefore subject to possible variations due to causes attributable to the carrier. Delays greater than usual may occur during periods of high order volume such as Christmas.

If you prefer, you can pick them up directly at the physical store.

Your purchase will be shipped via Correos España.

Once the purchase is made and the shipment is processed, a tracking code for your order will be sent.

For purchases over €50, shipping costs will be free.

Shipping costs within Spain will be €3.90. For other destinations, please inquire.

Customs Fees

Shipments to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands may generate customs fees and/or VAT collection that will be borne by the buyer. Possible customs fees for Mainland Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands are NOT included in the price.

Following the modification of the new VAT regulations on e-commerce, which came into force on 01/07/2021, we inform you that shipments made outside the Canary Islands may entail payment of the corresponding VAT by the end user (customer), more information by clicking HERE.
